I'm Chairman of the Board and Vice President of Culture at T S Restaurants, a family-owned group my father co-founded in 1977 that operates 13 waterfront restaurants across Hawaii and California. As Chairman, I focus on governance and long-term strategy; as VP of Culture, I focus on people — employee programs, philanthropy, and the culture that makes this company special.

I am part of the fourth generation in our family car business, Hoehn Motors. I'm very grateful to be a steward of a legacy that began almost 100 years ago, and consider it a huge responsibility to preserve our culture and company values of integrity, care for our employees, and care for our customers.

So many rally memories! I'll also never forget seeing the Acura NSX in our showroom in the 90s and being struck with the sudden realization that cars are cool.

Someone in high school once described me as a "cuddly porcupine." Those I am close to seem to think that is an accurate assessment.

I am ambidextrous.
