Full time mom! It's a fly by the seat of your pants kind of job where you get to do a little bit of everything. Crisis hotline, soccer snack organizer, reading teacher, driving instructor, friend, guide, good cop, bad cop, tucker inner, monster scarer away-er. It means I get to be by my kids side through all of it!

In 2020, I drove past Windward Ford in Kailua and caught a glimpse of the new Ford Bronco for the first time. I circled the block to get another look at it. I'd never had that kind of reaction to a car before. "I am going to get a Bronco and I am going to compete in the Rebelle Rally." That thought became a mantra that echoed in my mind and journal pages. I did the Rebelle in 2016 and always wanted to return, but it felt out of reach for me. This time was different. I was able to hold onto that mantra through a very rough patch of life. In 2022, my sister and I pulled up to the Rebelle start line in my new green Bronco, affectionately known as The Croc.

I love life and want to experience it fully. I find myself living somewhere between the pursuit of meaning and the acceptance of mystery.

I have a motorcycle permit.

A 1969 Ford Mustang that drives like my Audi E-tron and has heated seats.

I am in it to have a memorable and fun experience with my daughter as my teammate! Also, I like to do my best and try to win.

In June of 2023 my husband and I rode the Orient Express from Paris to Istanbul to celebrate our 20 year wedding anniversary. Both the Orient Express and the 20 years of marriage have been a great adventure.

I am currently a full time student at Vanderbilt University majoring in Engineering Science and minoring in Math. In my world, this looks like spending lots of time at the library studying, but also tons of time with my friends in the outdoor club. To me, my occupation means pushing myself to take advantage of as many opportunities as possible.

I have some great memories driving the croc on forest service roads to reach trailheads around Idaho. I will never forget when I took the wrong road and had to reverse the whole way down when I was 16.

I would describe myself as a very empathetic, ambitious, and adventurous person. I am always looking for new ways to push myself.

I love to sing karaoke!

My competitive objective is to become the best navigator that I can throughout this experience. I want to do a good job on my part first, and focus on the overall competition second.

My greatest adventure to date was the 30 days I spent last summer mountaineering with NOLS. Of the 30 days, 24 were spent backpacking up a glacier!
